I made a mock up of it yesterday and it fits great through the body and the straps but I noticed the top of the bodice is loose so maybe I just need to take out some fullness from the top of the bust? Like take out a dart from the top and migrate to the lower dart?

I just relived the 80s with this video. To be honest, I didn't pay attention to what I was supposed to wear after analysis and just went with my own inclinations. I tend to gravitate towards, darker New Wave, Punk and Goth in the 80s. The 90s was the perky era because I was trying to fake normalcy. By 2008, I went back to mostly Black. Colors that I wear coordinate with black or charcoal grey. I do hot pink from time to time.

It was much more complex compared to other tutorials I’ve watched because it included your evaluation of the fit on camera and the discussion of your findings. This aspect is extremely helpful to viewers because it explains each area that does not fit properly and the reasons why the fit is “off”. I found this very helpful. Without this portion of the video, we are left with a pattern block that theoretically looks great on paper but fails once executed evidenced by analyzing where the fit falls short. In other videos viewers assume that after the block is complete on paper, the fit must be perfect. I think showing the pants sewn and modelled is just as important as taking measurements and translating them into a block. This video was technically well done. The verbal description of the entire process was equally well done. I will definitely attempt to make a pants pattern block using this video as my guide. Thanks again for a very thorough tutorial which was informative as well as enjoyable. Bravo!

The Winter colours look absolutely stunning on you! It's not atypical to have more then one colour palette look "ok" although the purpose of colour analysis is to really find those "wow" colours For you, the Winter colours were really those "wow" colours. Im a deep winter neutral,olive undertone , for years i thought i was warm 😅 when i actually noticed how Yellow i looked with warm colors 😅 ,the moment i noticed the deep winter colors make me look at my eyes right away ,those are my colors ❤ i also think the cooler colors and it makes me look at your eyes right away .I have trouble buying fabric online lol 😆

Girl, you are beautiful in any color you choose! I personally don't believe the color theory, but I firmly believe trying something and liking it or not. My advice, do you. Listen to yourself and choose the colors that bring you joy 🤍

I like bright colors too, but I am a very soft summer. I wear warm tones occasionally, but I do feel better in cooler versions. Im glad you had fun!

Great idea! Did you do anything to reinforce the embroidery to make it machine washable? I think one of the brand selling points is that you can throw them in the wash like most knit shoes. As long as the thread isn't silk or anything especially delicate, I think it would be washable with the shoes if it was reinforced right?

I've had the juki 8700H and now I currently have this quantum. I agree with the cons on this machine. It's loud and clunky, but the pros outweigh the cons. I saw your Amazon storefront and nearly choked on the price listed for the Brother server 1034dx. $632.00. I've never seen it for more than a couple hundred. I'm not sure why the salesperson on Amazon made it so high. Anyway, love your review. Spot on.
